At The CROWNED Community Foundation, we stand in solidarity with women who have bravely survived intimate partner violence. We recognize the immense courage it takes to break free from cycles of abuse and reclaim one's life. Our foundation is dedicated to providing unwavering support and resources to empower survivors on their journey towards healing and independence. 

Our Commitment: 

We offer a range of services tailored to the unique needs of survivors, including counseling, legal advocacy, emergency shelter referrals, and financial assistance. 

We engage with local communities to raise awareness about Intimate Partner Violence, educate on prevention strategies, and promote a culture of respect and equality.

Supporting the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA): 

The CROWNED Community Foundation supports the Violence Against Women Act, which is landmark legislation enacted in 1994 and subsequently reauthorized in 2000, 2005, and 2013. VAWA aims to protect and support survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking by providing essential resources and legal protections.

Join us every second Saturday of the month at our location at 23 N. Broadway, Gloucester City, NJ. 

These meetings provide a safe space for survivors, allies, and community members to come together, share experiences, receive support, and discuss advocacy efforts.
